As Simon Sinek puts it: “Working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress. Working hard for something we love is called passion.”

🔹 #1 – Pause Before You Plan: Before setting new goals, take stock of your current state. Are you tired or inspired?  


🔹 #2 – Track Your “Glow Zones”: What energizes you in your current role/business? These moments hold hidden patterns and future clues. 


🔹 #3 – Let Go to Level Up: Some goals served their purpose. Letting them go isn’t failure, it’s maturity. 


🔹 #4 – Redesign, Don’t Reinvent: Small shifts often create big breakthroughs. Adjust your goals to reflect who you are becoming.

Now ask: 

Who set these? When? Do they still reflect my values, strengths, and direction? 

If not, redesign them.
